Description
Contribute to the largest library in Idaho!
Since 1892, the University of Idaho Library has grown from a single classroom located in the University Administration Building to become the largest library in the state of Idaho, providing access to millions of resources and materials for U of I students, faculty, and alumni, as well as Idaho citizens.
With well over a million books, almost ten thousand periodicals, and an official depository of U.S. federal government publications, we bring the world to Idaho. With our Special Collections and Archives providing researchers with physical and digital access to unique historical photographs, archival maps and documents, rare books, and the International Jazz Collections, we also bring Idaho to the world.
We could not provide such broad service and access to our resources without help from our donors! Donors help us develop our collections, fund our programs, build our departments, and furnish our study areas.
Why are donations necessary?
Every gift to the University of Idaho makes a difference. Supporting your passion — scholarships, academic programs, lab renovations or a new building — makes an impact in the lives of our students. Go Vandals!
